Shoreline Allergy participates with most major insurance companies. If you are not covered by any of the insurance plans we participate with, we will be glad to assist you in submitting to your insurance company.

For ALL Plans (participating and non-participating) please call the number on your insurance ID card to understand the terms of your allergy coverage and to determine your provider's present participating status.

Payments or co-payment are due at the time of service.
